A: Yes, our CEO Brant Goodman is a licensed Qualifying Broker as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. We also have several licensed Associate Brokers on staff.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: No, we are exclusively a property management company. Our focus is on managing and maximizing your property investment.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: We collect all rents. Rents are due on the first day of every month and our tenants have the option of paying in the form of check, money order or ACH.
Q: What are typical lease terms?
A: We recommend a one-year lease.
Q: What is the standard security deposit charge?
A: Security deposit is one month’s rent.
