Brant Goodman CCIM » CEO, Managing Partner

For the past 12 years, Brant served as the Chief Operations Officer for Kokopelli Property Management, overseeing nearly 800 properties as well as establishing a sizeable commercial leasing and management portfolio. In addition, Brant has grown and managed a family portfolio of both residential and commercial properties across Santa Fe. In 2016, the Goodman family sold the vacation rental portfolio and rebranded the company under Landseer Management.

As a native New Mexican, Brant has a vested interest in the success of the community and state in which he was born and raised. Brant has served the local community as an Eagle Scout, as well as being an active Rotarian. He also sits on the board of the Santa Fe Conservation Trust. In addition, Mr. Goodman writes a quarterly article on industry trends in commercial and residential property management for the Santa Fe New Mexican.

Brant earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Trinity University in Finance with minors in Economics and Spanish. He also holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM).

Michael Mulcahy » Taos Operations Manager

Born and raised in Santa Fe while learning to ski in Taos since he was in diapers, Michael has been with the Landseer family for over five years and now serves as the Operations Manager for Landseer Management and LM Construction and Mechanical in Taos. Michael loves how each day provides new challenges which help him better serve his clients and the local community. In his free time, you can find Michael scaling mountains or navigating rivers.

Originally from Southern California, Don Hurst has lived in the Santa Fe area since the mid 90s. Don has been a licensed broker/property manager for approximately 25 years with experience in accounting, residential and commercial leasing and management. Don has been with RPM, Inc. for over 10 years now, serving in several departments as the accountant and as the company controller. Don truly enjoys what he does for Landseer Management and is always there to discuss client needs.

Lenore Houston » Property Manager

Lenore Houston CMCA®, AMS® moved to Santa Fe from Kansas City, Missouri in 1999 when her father retired from The Kansas City Symphony. Lenore was a music major in cello and voice however she has a diverse background in restaurant and medical office management.

Lenore began working in real estate in 2008 where she earned her Real Estate Associate Broker’s License. In 2011, she moved to Hawaii and earned her Hawaii Associate Broker’s License. Lenore was brought back to Santa Fe in 2014 where she commenced working in Homeowners Association Management. Between 2014 and 2021, Lenore worked and earned two certifications from the Community Association Institute. During this time, she was back and forth between New Mexico, Hawaii and California furthering her education in the busy multi-housing markets. Santa Fe being her home, Lenore returned in 2021 and began working with Landseer Management to continue her career in the specialized property management field.

As these guiding principles dictate her behavior in the workplace, she has other hobbies and interests outside of work. Jeff is married to Gail and they have two sons Jeffrey and Jared.
