Meet the Team

Brant Goodman is a native New Mexican and has lived in Santa Fe since graduating college in 2004. He is a St. Michael's High School alumni and he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from Trinity University in Finance with minors in Economics and Spanish. He also holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM).

Brant began his real estate career at an early age spending his school "vacations" assisting his family rehab their small portfolio of rental homes. He earned his NMREL in 2003 and has worked at Landseer Management (formerly Kokopelli Property Management) ever since. Starting as the secretary and working his way to the CEO position, Brant is now the sole owner of Landseer Management.

Landseer Management oversees a portfolio of nearly 1000 properties in the Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Roswell markets. Brant has also been the driving force in establishing a sizeable commercial leasing and management portfolio. In addition, Brant has grown and managed a family portfolio of both residential and commercial properties across Santa Fe.

As a native New Mexican, Brant has a vested interest in the success of the community and state in which he was born and raised. Brant has served the local community as an Eagle Scout, as well as being an active Rotarian. He sat on the Board of Keep Santa Fe Beautiful for 4 years and he currently sits on the board of the Santa Fe Conservation Trust as the secretary.

In his free time, one can find Brant enjoying all that Northern New Mexico has to offer, hiking, skiing, and kayaking as much as possible and sharing his passion for the outdoors with his wife Dr. Rachel Goodman and daughters Sage (7) and Sierra (4).

Tanya was born and raised in New Mexico and has lived in Santa Fe for over 25 years. Passionate about investment real estate, Tanya enjoys working with owners to maximize their investment potential and helping tenants find the right home. She has been a licensed realtor for 10 years. In her spare time Tanya enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Velma was born and raised in Santa Fe, graduated from Santa Fe High School and attended ENMU. She has over 35 years of experience in the accounting industry and human resources. Velma is married with three children, and three grandchildren. She enjoys camping, shopping, traveling and most of all spending as much time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.

Born and raised in Santa Fe, Jacob has grown to love and appreciate the culture and natural beauty that Santa Fe is known for. He has been working in the property management industry for five years and knows no stranger. He enjoys meeting and helping new people find a perfect home for their family. On his days off, Jacob works at his mother's art gallery, enjoys finding new places to eat around town, and spending time with his close friends. He is proud to be a part of the Landseer Management family and hopes to grow within the company as much as can.

Originally from Southern California, Don Hurst has lived in the Santa Fe area since the mid 90s. Don has been a licensed broker/property manager for approximately 25 years with experience in accounting, residential and commercial leasing and management. Don has been with RPM, Inc. for over 10 years now, serving in several departments as the accountant and as the company controller. Don truly enjoys what he does for Landseer Management and is always there to discuss client needs.

Melinda was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and recently moved to Santa Fe. Melinda is a 30-year retiree from Bank of America and has 14 years' experience as a Property Manager. Her job allows her to meet and assist clients in finding their dream home in Santa Fe. To say the least, Melinda is a people person. She also loves gardening, playing guitar, spending time with family, and tending to her dog Bruce Wayne.

Hannah's a native Austinite who's lived, worked, and studied around the world and the country before finally settling in northern New Mexico in 2009 with her husband James, landing near her mother and uncle. She loves calling Santa Fe home, and she brings a breadth and depth of professional experience to her work in property management. Most recently, Hannah enjoyed ten years in full time real estate sales and Realtor leadership roles before deciding to change tracks and join the terrific team at Landseer.

Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel when circumstances permit, though with an English husband and close extended family, most trips are to see family around the US or in England- family, friends, companion animals and creative endeavors are central for her. Past adventures with husband James included being an independent bookseller and also the bassist and vocalist for a band they ran together years ago.

Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Mario's family has resided in Santa Fe for the last 250 years and counting. Mario has maintained his real estate license since 2009. He thoroughly enjoys providing customer service and support to all his clients while getting them comfortably moved in and situated. Mario has happily remained with his fiancé Roberta Martinez for the last 27 years and counting. They are fortunate to have three loving children, Damian Morales, Jacob Morales and Sophia Morales, in addition to three fur babies that are adored, Hazel, Lucky and Low Low.

When Mario is not hard at work, you can find him continuing to do what he loves. He has a passion for hiking, camping, fishing, family time, tending to his gardens and yard and working with his father.

Jackie Clowney is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Santa Fe, NM in 2012. She has a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Memphis, a Master's of Arts from St. John's College/Santa Fe, and a Master's of Fine Arts from the Mississippi University for Women. Jackie initially got her New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker's License in 2017.

She is also a licensed New Mexico Notary Public. Jackie worked with a historic Santa Fe family-owned company for twelve years, working directly with commercial and industrial properties in Albuquerque, a ninety-eight thousand square foot shopping center in Las Cruces, and both retail and office properties, many of which were in historic buildings, in downtown Santa Fe.

Jackie is a writer, publishing short stories in various literary publications, and is working on her first novel. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her rescue dog Memphis.

Laura Shirley, originally from Los Angeles, California, relocated to Santa Fe in January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and earned her New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker's License shortly after arriving.

Laura spent twenty years with Steelcase Inc., a global leader in workplace products and services, where she partnered with architects, designers, and corporate clients on large-scale commercial environments and multimillion-dollar accounts. She later brought that same consultative approach to residential real estate, guiding homeowners and investors through renovations and property preparation to enhance both livability and market value.

At Landseer Management, Laura brings a service-driven perspective to every owner and tenant relationship, with a strong commitment to clarity, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. While new to New Mexico, she has quickly developed a deep appreciation for Santa Fe and the community she now calls home.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys playing tennis and riding horses. She can often be found exploring Santa Fe with her Weimaraner puppy, Vesper Royale.

Christopher De La Cerda currently works at Landseer Management—at least, that's what the paperwork says. His title changes depending on the crisis of the day, but at his core, he's just "a guy who works here." Known by many names— "The Dark Lord," "2nd Best," —he's built a reputation for being reliable when it counts and sarcastic at all other times.

His philosophy is simple: show up, handle the problem, keep the boss satisfied, keep the tenants grinning and get paid. Ideally in that order.

For now, though, he remains exactly where you'd expect: in the middle of the chaos, keeping things moving, casually downplaying it all with, "I just work here."

A native of Glorieta, NM, Katelynn grew up in and around Santa Fe and attended UNM, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology. After winding her way through various food retail and service positions – largely in bakeries – Katelynn settled into her role at Landseer, where she relishes getting to meet new people and see new properties every week.

In addition to hanging out with her St Bernard, Toblerone ("Tobi") in her time off work, Katelynn enjoys being in nature, making soap and playing her violin, which she started learning at age 10. Since 2020 she has also spent most Friday nights out with friends – feeding unhoused folks on the streets of Albuquerque.

is a Leasing Agent at our property management company, bringing both professionalism and a warm, welcoming approach to helping clients find their perfect home. Originally from Tucson, Amy has grown to love Arizona and its mild winters! She joined our team after moving to Santa Fe from Goodyear, Arizona in May 2025.

With a lifelong love for animals, especially horses and dogs, Amy has built her education and career around her passion. She holds a degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Arizona, specializing in equine studies, and brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Some of her favorite destinations include Montana, Hawaii, London, and Barcelona, and she hopes to add Brazil and Australia to that list in the near future. Whether she's adventuring outdoors, spending time with her husband and friends, or discovering new cultures, Amy approaches life with curiosity and warmth.

Dozer the dog is our proud resident Chief of Security. His breed and our namesake, Landseer, is known for their affectionate nature and excellent swimming skills, and are noted for their natural ability to help drowning people at sea. Keeping Landseer Property Management secure is Dozer's second nature! In his free time, Dozer enjoys rolling in grass, barking at squirrels, and chasing tennis balls.
